Star Realms - Express Tiered League

This
is a round robin competition. Each member of the division will play a
single game against each opponent. All matches are played using the
format listed above. The player who finish with the best records
will earn promotion to Tier-03. The player who finished
with the worst record
will be relegated back to Tier-01. The four other players
will remain at
the current tier. Ties for placement are broken using the deterministic
tiebreaker
system laid out in the league rules.
